Contracts Supervisor - New Installations - Housing Sector

Our client are one of the country's leading manufacturers of quality kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms supply to the residential sector across the UK.

They have excellent reputation working with and supplying to leading top tier house build contractors - and are looking to maintain and grow relationships with key clients.

They are looking for a Field Services / Contracts Supervisor to be responsible for installations across the North. They have responsibility for the service and product quality ensuring the client consistently meet or exceed customer requirements or expectations.

Key Tasks:
* Carrying out site visits and managing the installation process from initial survey through to snagging and handover ensuring customers experience the highest standards of quality installation.
* Liaising with trade professionals and central installation co-ordinators through the installation process and acting as point of contact to keep customers fully updated.
* Monitoring and manage installation fitters and recruit when necessary to continue to deliver excellent service.
* Ensure completion of installation reports and quality standards.
* Assist in managing and overseeing every installation through to completion.
* Ensure all required materials and products are scheduled to be on site when required.
* Manage cost control for the installation area, ensuring the area is working with a cost-efficient approach whilst maintaining the excellent level of customer service.
* Ensure installations and remedials are completed on time.
* Manage installation standards via monitoring and the application of risk management methodology.
* Ensure installation businesses are compliant with all appropriate Health and Safety, legislative and business requirements.
* Implement a continuous improvement culture within existing Installation Service levels.

Experience:
* Strong field service experience
* Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom installation experience or experience within a similar industry
* Experience of working within the structure of an Enterprise Resource Planning System
* Experience of and the ability to decipher technical drawings
* Sound experience in building services

Qualifications:
* Educated to Higher level
* Relevant Professional Qualification - NEBOSH, ISOH or SMSTS
* Management/supervisory qualification
