Contracts Manager

Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Basingstoke, are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them. The Contracts Manager will be working on residential and commercial refurbishment projects across the South, with values ranging to around £800k. The role will be based from the Basingstoke office with visits across the South.

It is envisaged that the Contracts Manager will have gained experience working in a similar role, working on commercial and residential projects. They will also be living within commuting distance of Basingstoke and will be willing to travel for projects.

• Focusing on fit-out / refurbishment projects to around £800k in value

Contracts Manager Position Requirements

• Must have previous experience in a similar role
• Living within commuting distance of Basingstoke
• Willing to travel across the South for Projects
• Full UK driving licence
