Contracts Manager

We have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager who has demonstrable experience and understanding of Student Loans Company funding rules and Education and Skills Funding Agency rules. The Contracts Manager will manage our client's supply chain partners and contracts. The Contracts Manager must have an understanding of compliance and risk, drive performance and has excellent relationship management skills.

Skills, Experience and abilities:

  • Experience and understanding of ESFA and SLC funding rules and audit requirements
  • Sound knowledge of the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework
  • Proven experience of managing risk within the sector
  • Highly motivated and take a supportive approach in driving quality and performance
  • Target driven and can work with partners to implement performance improvement plans when required

Contracts Manager broad responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of diverse contracts, ensuring the successful delivery of agreed KPI's
  • Have full accountability and responsibility for ensuring contracts are optimised and all financial and non-financial SLAs are achieved
  • Manage performance, claims and payment and planning and forecasting
  • Conduct contractual reviews
