This leading specialist recruitment agency is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their successful legal team in their central London office, to facilitate the drafting and delivery of key contractual documentation involved in recruitment processes. They are looking for candidates who may consider temporary, as well as permanent appointments.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the facilitation of various types of contractual documentation. This will include all Client issued documents and relevant Terms of Business for the organisation. You will be responsible for liaising with internal teams and translating legal matters into layman terms. You will be a facilitator who manages consultation between key stakeholders and clients, ensuring that delivery dates are achieved.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a Solicitor, Barrister, CILEX officer or Contracts Manager, with a Commercial Contracts or Procurement background. Prior experience working with recruitment contracts would be ideal. You should be self-motivated, organised, capable of prioritising tasks, working to schedule and managing your time accurately with a proactive approach. This role will need you to be computer literate and familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well being a strong communicator across all levels.
