I am working with a leading specialist contractor in the UK that brings a full range of services together under one roof. They provide an extensive programme of maintenance and refurbishment for a wide range of customers that encompass both public and private sector clients.

If so this Contracts Manager role could be for you!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Contracts Manager, in Birmingham ,with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in leading a team of Site Supervisors, Site Managers and multi-disciplined trades men. You will be managing multiple local authority and housing association contracts at one time with projects consisting of public sector and social housing refurbishment.

Key skills for the Contracts Manager
? Ensure the delivery of the project within the budget and time scales specified
? Focus on motivation of the workforce to delivery on time and to budget
? Focus on quality, customer service and delivery
? Guaranteeing the profitability of the contract to include pricing and delivering of extra works
? Client and tenant customer satisfaction
? Process Management
? Management of the customer
? Have an understanding of the financing on the contract
? Customer Liaison skills
? Ability to price work, knowledge of NHF schedule of rates an advantage
