Permanent Contracts Manager job - Nottinghamshire - Residential and Social Housing, New build and Fit out
Your new company
You will be working for an established company who undertake works as both specialist subcontractor and principle contractor. They have provided services for maintenance and new build and have continued to work closely with a range of market leading clients. Due to expansion an exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team
Your new role
You will be overseeing multiple contracts simultaneously ranging in value from £300k to £1.5M. You will be responsible for operational delivery ensuring programme of works are adhered to and progress reports completed. You will also coordinate and oversee direct labour and monitor material levels. Furthermore you will be responsible for client liaison. The role is a mixture of both office and site based duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong permanent background as a Contracts Manager in the Construction industry particularly within maintenance and new build. You will have a trade background, with a preference towards plumbing. It would also be beneficial if you have Social housing experience. Qualifications required include CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
