Contracts Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen with an international accounting and consultancy firm for a talented Contracts Manager.

The firm is one of the best known in it’s field internationally and has an excellent reputation. The Contracts Manager can look forward to working in a team of 3 to support the Enterprise and Innovation department. This will involve liaising closely with the Legal, Risk, and Quality, Ethics and Excellence teams and working closely with the business to ensure projects are completed both commercially and with risk mitigated.

Ideally for this role they are seeking a Contracts Manager who has a legal background, who has a law degree, GDL or LPC, or who has worked as a paralegal or solicitor prior to moving into a Contracts Manager role. Working knowledge of contract law is key as is experience in drafting commercial agreements for provision of professional services, consultancy terms, IT agreements, data licences, NDA’s and collaboration agreements.

This is a challenging and rewarding department and the successful Contracts Manager can look forward to being part of some of the firms most interesting developments and future proofing the business.

This is a permanent role with excellent prospects for progression.
