An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join the innovation and investments division of financial services firm based in central London.
The successful Contracts Manager can look forward to working closely with the Head of Contracts in negotiating, drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts with suppliers, partners and clients, and working on new initiatives with the rest of the team. You’ll also work on regulatory matters like GDPR and advise on mitigating risks and minimising costs through efficient contract management.
The contracts team are a separate function to legal, though you would be working with them on bids, tenders and outsourcing proposals.
This role would really suit an innovative Contracts Manager with a commercial, pragmatic approach, as you will be participating in negotiations and discussions with clients, partners and suppliers.
The ideal Contracts Manager will be an experienced in house paralegal or a junior commercial lawyer in private practice looking to move in house. Experience working with different types of commercial contract is key, particularly drafting and negotiating.
