Are you a Contracts Manager from a volume build residential background looking to join a reputable developer who are well received for their standard of build, training and development?

On offer is a chance to join a market leading housing developer who highly thought of by people within the NHBC for their quality of developments.

Within this role you will be working and covering 5-6 Sites around the North East region. As a Contracts Manager; your role will ultimately be responsible for the whole day to day covering and overseeing 5-6 sites and its houses all the way through to completion. You will have a strong support team working underneath consisting of two Assistant Site Managers as well as the support from your Contracts Director.
