Job Description:



In this role, you will oversee hotel contracts within the region, taking full responsibility for managing all commercial relationship aspects to ensure the company remains highly competitive.

  • Manage key relationships across all levels with external partners, ensuring strong communication and collaboration
  • Secure exclusive rates within the hotel portfolio, driving value and competitiveness
  • Meet revenue targets by leveraging market knowledge and effective partner engagement
  • Serve as the regional hotel expert, maintaining up-to-date, in-depth market insights
  • Identify new accounts and suppliers to expand the company’s reach and influence
  • Monitor competitiveness and utilisation of contract allocations to maximise performance
  • Build and maintain robust relationships, offering regular feedback and fostering long-term partnerships
  • Recognise and address new opportunities or potential challenges promptly
  • Analyse data to provide actionable recommendations that drive results
  • Support training and development efforts, along with other duties as required
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to strengthen brand presence and network



Experience Required:

  • Comprehensive understanding of hotel distribution networks, channels, and channel management technology
  • Demonstrated recent experience in static and BAR hotel contracts specific to the Irish market
  • Excellent negotiation skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including hotel owners and general managers
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Skilled in data analysis
