Contracts Manager - Gas - Social Housing
Up to £60,000 + Package
We are currently recruiting for a Gas Contract Delivery Manager to work on a permanent basis across the Bedfordshire region
Our client are a national Main Contractor who specialise in the maintenance and installation within social housing and private dwellings. Due to a large influx of work they are now looking to grow their team due to increased demand and workload.
The role will require you to manage a team of Gas Engineers and Electricians. The ideal candidate will have a strong M&E background of working within both social housing properties and privately owned homes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Planning work for the engineers within your team
-Delivering Health & Safety briefing and toolbox talks
-Ensuring all H&S standards are adhered to
-Dealing with customer complaints
-Completing required paperwork and admin
-Ordering materials for jobs
-Anything else required to ensure the smooth running of the contract
