They need an individual that similarly embodies the company’s passion towards delivering lasting and affordable safety floorings, structures and composite. This role will primarily be focused towards coordinating and implementing new and existing site business contracts with a range of businesses and customers throughout the UK.

·Pricing of all tenders for riser floors and access structures, along with associated site instructions for live projects, in a timely manner, maximizing margin opportunities.
·Reviewing and exploring each tender opportunity for additional revenue opportunities.
·Ensure that all protocol is followed for payment applications and that they are completed for the finance team every month.
·Delivering construction drawings for each project as required, including when an outside source is needed.
·Organizing and delivering accurate Operations and Maintenance requirements information for each completed project.
·Coordinating with the Contracts Manager to ensure that the site teams are delivering an excellent service to the client and are meeting objectives/targets for installation
·Liaising with the Contracts Manager and visit each site to ensure accurate and full applications are being made.
·Supporting the Contracts Manager with Site Start Ups
·Attending pre-start meetings with either with Managing Director or Contracts Manager, providing clients with completed pre-start project information sheets.
·Ensuring that the Contracts Administrators are performing their duties in accordance with the companies’ needs and requirements.
·Liaising with supervisors and other teams within the business ensuring they understand what is required for these projects.
·Coordinate with the Contracts Manager to ensure sites is cleared of all tool and equipment at the end of projects.
