MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation based in London to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join the team on a temporary contract.

This role will suit an enthusiastic and organised professional with exceptional customer service skills. You will be providing an exceptional service to the organisations Property Services department, dealing with queries from Surveyors, Contractors and Tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent administration/clerical service to Property Services department and Senior Team
Act as first point of contact for organisations current tenants in regards to any planned works
Liaising with contractors and engineers in order to resolve all jobs raised, effectively communicating with the tenant the whole way through
Updating the database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged

Skills Required:
Previous experience of working with a LA/RSL ideally within Administration
Proficient ability in using Microsoft office packages
Excellent customer service skills
A good attitude and willingness to learn
