Contracts Coordinator


Our client based in Alton recruit for a new permanent vacancy to work in their contracts team. They provide a professional service to their new business customers. This role would suit an individual who is methodical, highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Full training and development will be provided.

Role profile:

Deliver exceptional service and query resolution to a high standard to all customers

Ensure agreed services are delivered and managed to a customer’s expectation

Handling new contracts and implement the new services agreed

Internal communication with various departments

To build and maintain excellent relationships

Ensure contractual changes are updated accurately as per the customer requirements

Ensuring all key information is accurately recorded on a central customer database

Take ownership and communicate effectively both written and verbally

Answer calls professionally

Resolve queries Log complaints and liaise with relevant party

Process orders

Maintain and update all customer information

Understanding the company's products and services and know how to explain clearly to customers

Ensure all customer contact reaches an appropriate conclusion

Key Skills:

Friendly, enthusiastic and a good team player

Keeping calm under pressure and manage multiple activities

Confident to communicate at all levels

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
