Contracts & Compliance Executive - West London - Recruitment

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client, an international Recruitment Consultancy, who are looking for a Contracts & Compliance Executive to join their team.

My client is based in West London and is a very well established and respected firm that specialise in the IT and Technology sectors.

This is a permanent, full time post (8.30am-5.30pm) and candidates must have a good academic record (ideally a degree) and a minimum of 2-3 years experience of working as an Administrator / Executive within a Recruitment office environment.

When the successful candidate has completed their training programmes with my client, then their role will involve the following:

  • Maintain the dashboard and CRM system - updating/data entry/monitoring what documents are outstanding/chasing for information

  • Ensure all documents are filed/scanned and saved correctly

  • Conducting client specific screening checks on contractors prior to them going on site (verifying right to work, criminal and credit checks, employment and education checks including database checks - directorship, sanctions etc)

  • Understanding of rules of engagement in different countries

  • Managing the approved Umbrella companies’ list

  • Managing client audit requests

  • Ensuring compliance manuals are updated regularly

  • Acting as a point of contact for any compliance queries

  • Liaising with Sales Consultants on new/updated compliance requirements

  • Liaising with external compliance advisors

  • Prepare contractor and client contracts, contract extensions and termination letters

  • Respond to email and telephone queries from contractors and clients

  • Liaise with recruitment consultants on onboarding contractors and answer any questions arising from contracts sent out for assignments

  • Analyse and flag any potential risks involved with specific contract terms

  • Preparing reports for the management team

Key Requirements:

  • A successful Compliance and Contracts Executive will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to work under pressure

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferable sales floor or recruitment agency

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Organised and methodical and able to multi task

  • Excellent writing skills and telephone manner

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills

  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels with a professional manner at all times

  • Commitment & willingness to learn
