Our Alton based Client, an ever expanding organisation are actively seeking to recruit Contract Co-ordinators whose principal role is to ensure all agreed services are delivered and managed to their established and growing client bases’ expectations.
You will be responsible for handling new contracts and implementing the services agreed via liaising with internal departments and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for any contractual changes requested by the customer and resolving incoming queries in a professional and timely manner.
You will need to ensure all key information, further and follow up actions are accurately recorded on the Customer Database system and in addition you will be expected to be proactive in dealing with, and taking ownership of assigned tasks.
The successful Contracts Co-ordinator will have:
·Excellent attention to detail
·Previous customer service and administration experience
·The ability to follow strict processes
·Experience using CRM systems
·A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, the Contracts Co-ordinator will earn a salary of £20,000 per annum alongside a quarterly bonus scheme.
