Job Specification: Contracts and Billing Clerk.
Location Northampton.Reports To: Finance Manager .
Hours: 40 Per Week (9-5.30pm)Job Purpose
To ensure Contracts and Projects are billed accurately and in accordance with the agreed terms, and that Contract data is uploaded to the contract database accurately
Attention to detail is key when imputing into the system .
To administer accurately the contracts system on AA10, One-Office and Sage 1000
Give accurate and timely answers to any queries, both internally and externally
To work in the accounts area of the business -Day to day will be inputting data to set up Invoices and in subscriptions in Accounts department
Attention to detail and good keyboard skills a must.
Excel would be a bonus
To ensure that all new contracts are added to SAGE 1000, AA10, with all the relevant paperwork, and maintained accurately for billing purposes
Produce accurate invoices and credits & associated data
To administer & understand the contractual requirements of the customer
To ensure that all billings are raised accurately & in accordance with the schedules
To ensure that all paperwork is scanned & saved to the contractual agreements drive
Maintain key invoicing (including customer specific) spreadsheets.
Understanding of Sales ledger invoicing requirements
Ability to prioritise
