Salary icon £24,000 - £25,000 per annum, inc benefits

Our client is one of the UK’s leading distributors supplying food, drink and catering supply products to customers in all different industries, from schools, universities, hotels, to hospitals and care homes. They are currently looking for a Contracts and Pricing Administrator to support their Pricing Team which involves supporting the National Account Managers, Depot Sales Teams, Commercial Finance & their Customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inputting/amending customer trading terms
  • Load both cost and pricing list into the system
  • Produce periodic audits on customer master data and pricing
  • Process requests or action within the required deadlines
  • Work to set KPI’s and you will be involved in projects
  • Following our daily processes with contract pricing. maintenance, and validations

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proven ability to generate, read and understand statistical reports
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good telephone and email manner
