Contracts Administrator - Free Parking - £8.32 per hour - Part-time, hours to suit

Our client, an established construction business, is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the Contracts Department. The purpose of the role is to achieve the most cost effective and efficient execution of our delivery and installation operations.
Duties to include:
Take quantities from layout drawings to produce vehicle loading details and haulier delivery tickets
Preparation of the Fixing Information sheets to provide to the end user the sequence of events and how the contract is planned to be undertaken.
Maintenance of the Filing System
The successful candidate must have previous administration experience, ideally within a construction office, and have strong communication and organisational skills.
The Contracts Administrator will be requiredto work 20 hours over a minimum of 4 days per week.
