Do you have Contract Administration experience?
If you are, I’m currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for an established company based on the outskirts of Ipswich. They are an experienced commercial building contractors in the UK specialising in construction, property maintenance and refurbishment including specialist projects for UK Housing Associations.
They are offering a superb salary of between £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience with a competitive benefits package.
Some of the duties will include:
Managing and prioritising emails, telephone calls and correspondence
Monitoring costing and assisting in tender process
Ensure all invoices are raised with all relevant purchase orders
Monitor customer balance spreadsheets
Liaising with suppliers and setting up accounts
Responsible for your own filing and paperwork
Occasionally attend meeting with the Managing Director.
Ideally previous Contract Administration experience would be great but if you have had similar experience that is absolutely fine. You will also need to be able to work quickly with a fantastic attention to detail, have a strong excel knowledge and have excellent communication skills.
They are looking to interview on the 30th October.
