Are you a Contracts Administrator looking for an exciting new position within an international and leading technical company based in Crawley?

Working within a busy team you will be responsible for assisting with the rental and consumable ordering agreements to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. Key duties will include:

  • Producing service contract renewal quotations
  • Following up outstanding renewals
  • Invoicing and administering service contracts and rental renewals
  • Producing rental agreements quotations
  • Efficient and accurate order processing

Your high attention to detail, excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines will enable you to excel in this role!

The hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week with the core hours being 8.30am 5.00pm with an hour for lunch.
