We are currently recruiting for an ambitious, talented, and passionate Administrator to join our Operations team based in Shropshire.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining project files.
- Raising purchase orders as required.
- Compiling contractor work package requirements through consultation with design management.
- Arranging meetings as required and taking minutes.
- Preparing monthly valuations in line with contract documents for review by the Commercial Manager.
- Organising and tracking site labour and preliminaries on projects.
- Analysing and monitoring the invoice file in liaison with the Finance Department.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
- Negotiating with subcontractors.

- Excellent organisation and administration skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Competitive, ambitious and lively.
- Previous experience working in an administration role
- Excellent A- Level (or equivalent) results in: Maths, English, Science and Business/Economics is desirable but not essential.
- A qualification in Business Administration
