This established business based in Central Portsmouth is looking for an experienced contracts administrator
Your new company
You will be joining a highly reputable utilities business on site for an aerospace business based in central Portsmouth. Operating multi-nationally, they have established themselves as one of the largest facilities businesses in the world.
Your new role
Your new position will involve scheduling the maintenance works, both PPM and reactive in a timely and effective manner. You will be the first point of contract for subcontractors, liaising with various stakeholders both internal and external, logging and assigning jobs on the internal system. Carry out general administrative duties across the contract and any other tasks as required, and undertake any 'ad hoc' duties as requested by the management team.
What you'll need to succeed
This position would require really strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and an organised, measured approach to all work undertaken. Previous experience within contracts administration or within a scheduling/planning administration position is preferred, and a good knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of between £20,000 - £25,000 per year with competitive benefits and a nice, friendly office.
