Juice Recruitment is delighted to offer this exciting opportunity with a well-established organisation, who is seeking to appoint an experienced, capable Contract Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:
Management of work sheets and procurement of materials and resources
The maintenance of existing and development of new contracts and clients
Planning of materials to minimise waste and ensure specifications are met
Manage customer floor plans
Produce accurate risk assessments
Manage the invoicing process
Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure smooth running of projects
Produce job costings
Meeting and liaising with directors producing reports at request
Manage the KPI’s for sales staff
Completion of PQQ Questionnaires
As the ideal candidate you are a confident and effective communicator with excellent numeracy and literacy skills and ability to build a rapport with customer of all levels.
You will have strong Administration and labour management experience ideally within a retail setting and bare excellent understanding contract compliance.
You are naturally self-motivated and enjoy working in a busy and diverse environment; demonstrating excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi task, time manage and take on new information at a high level.
Full driving licence is and working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages is also essential!
