Contracts Administration

Reed Business Support are exclusively representing our long standing client based in Maryport. We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to start immediately on an on-going basis.

The role is full time working 9-5 Monday to Friday (part time may be considered for the right candidate).

Duties are extremely varied but the main objectives are as follows -

1. To provide efficient project administration support to the tendering and file management process.

2. To provide admin support to the sales and contracts team.

3. To oversee management of the ISO accreditation systems. Manage and co-ordinate the control documentation, audit and certification process.

We require a candidate who has worked in a senior administrative capacity previously with experience of working with management certification systems. Having knowledge of a number of ISO accreditations is an advantage.
