A Contracts Administration Assistant is required by a locally based construction company. As Contracts Administration Assistant you will be responsible for:-
Managing live contracts
Management of Directors, Construction Manager and workforce diaries
Raising purchase orders
Assistance with Health & Safety questionnaires & ordering PPE
Assistance with maintaining company fleet - booking MOT's & services
Running and keeping hire books up to date
The ideal Contracts Administration Assistant will have previous experience or knowledge of contracts administration and the construction industry. You will need to have strong Microsoft Office skills and have Audio Typing experience and be confident on the telephone.
