Job Specification

My client is looking for a Contract Structural Design Engineer 3 - 6 months to commence as soon as possible.

Contract Structural Project Engineer

The candidate will work within multi-disciplinary design teams as the Structural Engineer or with a Structural Associate on major projects. They will design and manage complex projects for clients in the Industrial, Educational, Leisure, Healthcare and Public Sectors. The role will include client liaison, design, interface with project teams, contract implementation and providing support to our other offices.

The candidate will have a varied and wide ranging experience across the breadth of Structural Engineering areas including Substructure, Reinforced Concrete, Structural Steel, Masonry and Timber Design Codes and Standards.

A good level of computer literacy in Windows, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software is required. The candidate will also be required to be conversant with BS/Eurocodes and Revit experience is desirable.
