Job Title: PMO Administrator / PMO Analyst

Location: Birmingham (West Midlands)

Duration: 6 months contract plus possible extension

Day Rate: Competitive (depending on experience)

Currently seeking a PMO Analyst to join one of the most demanding and exciting projects in Europe.

The successful PMO will support the PMO Lead on projects and programmes and getting them through to review.

Ideally you will have experience of tools such as PowerBI or similar (e.g. Excel) and methodologies (e.g. Agile or Waterfall).

Role Responsibilities:

PMO Gateway Process

Support projects to populate schedules for key milestones to enable a more proactive and streamlined approach to gate reviews

Data - quality of data

Ensure processes are in place to capture and work with teams / projects to ensure processes data are followed

Data - Toolkit and processes for resourcing

Support capability owners in the capture of data and subsequently produce dashboards to support workload management e.g. resource capacity and availability

Data - SLT Governance and Reporting

Identify what information is required by the SLT and ensure processes are in place for accurate capture of data and production of reports

Change Management

Review and improve change management processes

Risk Management

Review and improve Risk management processes and get engagement from thebusiness
