Our client, one of the leading window and door manufacturers and suppliers of uPVc products into the new build housing sector are recruiting for an experienced Contract Manager

Their client base includes some of the largest and most well-established developers within the UK such as Persimmon, Taylor-Wimpey, Gleeson Homes & Countryside Homes, to name but a few.

Due to the company's continued growth and expansion plan, they are now looking to recruit for an experienced Contract Manager to join the team.

The main purpose of the role would be to liaise with Site Managers on a daily basis in order to efficiently and effectively control the external sites requirements by ensuring product call off is accurate in terms of the company's manufacturing lead times, whilst demonstrating first class customer service and achieving total customer satisfaction.

You would be expected to travel on a daily basis, to various locations in order to carry out the role, to which a company car and fuel would be provided.

There will be times when you will be expected to carry out commissioning and remedial work as part of this role.

It is essential you have working within the window and door industry and have carried out a similar role within the new build sector.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence and also hold a valid CSCS card.

The right work ethic is important along with a positive can-do attitude. A smart and clean appearance will also be essential when attending sites and representing the company.

This is a full-time employed position and in return our client offers a competitive salary and chance to earn a quarterly company profit related bonus.
