My client, a leading 3PL in Wellingborough is seeking a Contract Manager.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Salary: Up to £60,000

Reporting to the General Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a team growing at a pace and challenging the market; you will have the energy, drive, attention to detail and above all passion, to want to be part of this exciting, complex and fast moving environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

" Control and manage communication flow between our client and their customer.
" Act as the key conduit and source location of outgoing communications from the operations teams
" Undertake monthly performance reviews and statistical reporting with Heads of Supply Chain
" Line management of the Field Service Management team, Systems team and Customer Service Call Centre team

The Key requirements of this role include:
