The Contract Manager provides contract management services to the Bid and Projects teams. He/She will support pre-contract and operational delivery, helping to manage commercial risk and opportunity and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The role will oversee the contract management process, serving as point of contact for customers for any contractual matters, both in the bid and in the contract implementation phase.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or scientific discipline, with at least 10 years commercial experience working for EPC organisations within a highly regulated industry and a M&E background. Specific experience in dealing with contractual matters and interfacing with legal departments is required. A good working knowledge of a variety of different contract forms including but not limited to NEC3 and FIDIC required.
Role is based in Wolverhampton, but will have frequent/weekly travel to other local locations. Possible overnight stay on occasion may be required. Full UK driving licence required.
