Contract Manager - Automotive Facilities Management, Midlands plus national travel
£60k base, £70k OTE, car and benefits
Is taking ownership of high-value client relationships and ensuring operational and commercial KPIs are delivered to both the satisfaction of your client and the bottom line of the business. You will be responsible for scoping, pricing and delivering often labour-intensive FM-related works in auto manufacturing environments, working closely with your clients and colleagues in ensuring smooth contract implementation. Additionally, you will use your relationships and service delivery to identify incremental business opportunities both with existing and potential new clients.

You understand facilities management and/or manufacturing environments and are great with people - on customer, colleague and team management levels. Advanced communication, commercial and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to travel to various client sites throughout the UK.
