As a Contract Improvement Manager, you will be leading and delivering improvements within the Maintenance Division and supporting the Head of Maintenance Operations when required. The Maintenance Division covers various maintenance contracts across Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Ealing. The type of contracts we currently have consist of social housing and void works, Universities (both halls of residence and academic sides) as well as Council Corporate Assets, which cover schools, police stations, care homes, museums, listed buildings etc.
The role will also involve you making sure we have contract resilience across the company and fill in for any Contract Manager positions, on an interim basis, until it is filled. This will give a fantastic overview of lots of contracts and help learn about the business, as well as build up relationships with clients. The knowledge that will come from this will help enhance strong promotion capabilities to the next level as the business grows.What you will need to succeed
As the ideal Contract Improvement Manager, you will currently be a strong Contract Manager with experience delivering successful contracts with exceptional service and commercial performance. You will need to lead and motivate a team ensuring that the companies ethos and values are prevalent in all that we do and ensure that our Health and Safety culture is followed by not just your direct team but also your wider supply chain.What you will get in return
In return for your hard work as a Contract Improvement Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of £45k - £50k, plus a car allowance with 25 days holiday.
