Regenda is now recruiting a Contract Coordinator - Planned Works to work with our Asset Management team at our fantastic new offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
About the role
To provide administrative support to the Contract Manager - Planned Works, ensuring CRM’s are responded to with service standards, invoices are processed promptly and effective diary management of meetings with internal teams and contractors, in addition to taking and distributing the minutes of these meetings.
We are looking for an individual who possesses the ability to work under pressure, using their own initiative when needed. You will be an excellent administrator with excellent organisational skills, and be familiar with working as a member of a team who is confident in using IT systems.
Strong customer focus is also required, ensuring a positive process of having home improvements completed for Regenda tenants. The successful candidate must also have demonstrable collaborative team working skills.
