Contract Asbestos Surveyor

My client is an environmental consultancy who forms a key part of a housing framework around the Cardiff Bay area. As part of a rolling programme of asbestos management they require the services of an asbestos surveyor to join the programme in what is anticipated to be an initial 1 month contract term, which is likely to be extended after this.

The Role:

As a home based role you will be required to attend site to survey daily appointments that the office will book for you. You will conduct a management survey as prescribed in HSG264 and input your site data onto a tablet that will be provided for you during the duration of the contract. You will take any necessary samples for suspected ACM's , and document the property through relevant photographs and notes you will take in-situ.

About You:

You must have the P402 qualification (or UKATA equivalent) and have the means to get around to each survey by yourself. You will also possess the necessary toolkit that is required to carry out this work including ladders, half-mask etc.
