The Role

You will process documentation for asset finance agreements within set timeframes and ensure legal documents are executed efficiently, ensuring agreements are funded in a timely fashion, within agreed SLA’s. You will be responsible for set-up, updating and alteration of financial agreements on the relevant IT systems, checking completeness and accuracy of documentation and liaising with third party and internal partners as part of the contract pay out process.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring credit limits are adhered to

• Raising sales invoices

• Managing and resolving customer invoice queries

• Managing bespoke funder processes

• Processing of customer direct debit collections

• Ensuring business compliance with implemented financial control processes and policies

• Support the wider finance and contracts team where necessary

The Company

This is a vehicle finance arm of a well-established commercial finance business making significant investment in developing its asset finance division by both shaping the products and building the teams necessary to win and retain new CV business. With both multiple locations and the creation of a nationwide team of sales professionals they are creating the capability to deliver on a highly ambitious business plan.

About You

With previous experience of administration within a contract hire / asset finance business you are a committed team player able to work to deadlines. You have a good knowledge and understanding of funding and finance and financial instruments such as Hire purchase, Finance Lease, Contract Hire etc. and must have Maths and English GCSE’s at a Grade B or above or equivalent.

• Strong focus on accuracy and delivery
