Hays are working with a well-established company that specialise in property maintenance across the UK. Due to significant growth they are looking to employ a contracts administrator in their office based in Shepshed, they are looking for someone to start on a temporary basis in January with a view to go permanent with 3 months. You will be working in the fire protection department with a team of 3 where you will provide administration support, you duties will include
- Review, proofread and finalise contracts to ensure executable version is ready, including review for typographical errors, formatting and cross-referencing and convert documents from Word to PDF.
- Work with Department in creating, updating and revising contracts as needed.
- Ensure that executed contracts are entered into the Department's contract database on a timely and accurate basis.

What you need to succeed? You will need to have a strong background within administration and if you have worked within the construction and maintenance departments it would be an advantage but not essential.
