Then look no further, as Riverside Direct are currently recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager in Dartford!
Riverside Direct are part of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Riverside Group who provide services to 11,500 homes across the South and Central regions of England.
This position requires you to supervise, manage and deliver on a day to day basis the requirements of all term briefs within the full asset management contract with Riverside Direct and any other contract that may be awarded, with particular responsibility for Gas Compliance.
Essential attributes and key skills needed:
Knowledge of Repairs Maintenance in a social housing context.
Appropriate Gas Qualifications
Experience of supervising Operatives and Sub Contractors
Experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client, with management experience in a similar operation.
Trade City & Guilds qualification
Gas Safe Registration
