Description

  • Focusing on driving opportunities for improvement both within the operation and along the end to end value stream
  • Driving cells to increase continuous improvement performance against target
  • Promote, establish and embed the principles and tools of continuous improvement
  • Deliver substantial savings and added value to the business to beat budget
  • Facilitate continuous improvement management steering reviews and implementation plans
  • Checking status of implementation and development of action plans to close gaps
  • Sharing, challenging and developing best practice
  • Coordination of updating and translating continuous improvement material
  • Assist in the education and coaching of selected individuals to Green Belt status
  • Assist in the education of all employees to achieve Yellow Belt Status

Profile

  • You will have undertaken/are undertaking continuous improvement education to achieve the status of Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Have a detailed and working knowledge of the DMAIC approach
  • Have a clear understanding of the Framework and behaviour that is necessary to be a C.I Champion
  • Understand Project Selection and implementation to meet the business objective
  • Have the ability to educate others in the continuous improvement tools within the Organisation
  • Understanding of process capability and how to implement a capable process.
