As a continuous improvement manager you will help the company to transition and expand as it undertakes ongoing digital transformation.
Your new role
Enhance customer experience by designing (and re designing as appropriate), implementing, monitor and improving, processes and services. Lead process workshops, document and communicate outcomes, capture and track agreed actions. Implement & manage KPI's across project/service delivery. Start the approach which (modifies culture) focuses on end to end business process capability, Market success and lessons learned in line with industry best practise (Lean & Six Sigma). Develop, mentor and train Business Analysts (facing into both projects/process and out into the internal world of delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
Professional Qualification in a relevant discipline Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst/Senior BA/CI role. Experience in managing & implementing continual improvement across an organisation. Flexibility to adjust to changing business requirements. Good networking and influencing skills. ITIL v 3 Foundation accredited
