The CI Hub Change Analyst will support and interpret data to inform SSE's Continuous Improvement Programme within the Ireland Retail Business. They will fully understand the mechanics and impact of the business processes within Retail to help drive down avoidable costs by improving process efficiency and key operational metrics.
They will establish excellent relationships with both Home & Business Energy to develop and embed process improvement and identify future opportunities. Ensure process improvement initiatives are executed at high levels of quality and achieve benefits set out in business case.
The role requires monitoring & analysis of KPI's to provide input to the CI Hub Manager on problem statements for improvement opportunities. The CI Hub Change Analyst will use clear and effective verbal, written and presentation skills, demonstrating the ability and confidence to communicate to senior stakeholders. An ability to provide logical and evidence-based argument to influence decision-makers will be key to success.
Your Skills and Experience
-Green Belt Certification in continuous improvement methodologies (i.e. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) an advantage
-Significant + Experience in successful delivery of business change & process improvement
-Experience in facilitating workshops & gathering key information to identify where waste exists & value can be added
-Excellent Interpersonal, Communication & Relationship Building skills
-Ability to prioritise workload and work in an environment of changing priorities and demanding timelines
-A systematic and analytical approach to problem solving
-Experience in data analytics and business analyst methodology
-Experience in building excellent relationships with key stakeholders
-Understanding of KPI development and monitoring
-Understanding of Project Management Methodology
-Experience of MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint
-A minimum of 3rd degree level education in business or equivalent with further education qualifications an advantage
