Contentious construction role - Global firm - London
A great opportunity to join an exceptionally well established, award winning legal 500 International firm.
As a highly regarded and respected law firm my client is recognised as a leading Global Firm within the legal services market.
They provide their clients with unique solutions in all aspects of construction law including standard form and bespoke building contracts, sub-contracts, consultant appointments, drafting and negotiating the suite of construction documents in relation to development schemes, collateral warranties, third party rights schedules, assignments, novation agreements as well as advising on legal issues arising out of the construction process, including delays and extensions of time, loss and expense claims, liquidated damages, and defective work.
The caseload will include: Adjudication, Litigation, Arbitration (Domestic and International), Mediation and other types of ADR.
* You will ideally have 3-5 years, post qualification contentious construction experience; however, they will consider all candidates with suitable skills and knowledge
* You will have trained with a recognised firm and will have had exposure to contentious construction matters
