This is a fantastic position, supporting a contracts team, to successfully complete bids and tenders for prospective business. Your role will be to communicate with Departmental Managers, Area Sales Managers and all internal departments to obtain the required information in order to complete a tender successfully. You will complete the different components of the tenders, pricing, organising samples, requesting special quotations and arranging site meetings. You must ensure the accuracy and quality of bids are to an exceptional standard prior to submission by ensuring work is cross checked within the team. Ensure bids are fully completed, checked and returned prior to final deadlines. You will be required to maintain current contracts, create quotations, provide sales support, order input and product management information reports as required. You will be required to request, evaluate and analyse feedback from successful and unsuccessful bids to facilitate the continuous improvement of the contracts team and follow up the outcomes of all bids.

Candidates should have experience with content writing or creative writing.
