Content & Social Media Manager - Contemporary Fashion

Management of content marketing calendars, launch plans and critical paths for all brand activity. Working closely with all departments to ensure content is delivered across all channels.

Run weekly, monthly and quarterly content planning meetings with all departments, working cross functionally with Creative, Graphics, Digital & Web, coordinating with Ecom team on product areas to push across editorial channels based on key intake, volume lines, back in stock, etc to ensure images/video content used is supported with stock.

Coordination and creation of content covering photo shoots and video production, working cross functionally with all departments to ensure consistency across all channels.

Develop & implement visual and tone of voice identity across social media whilst driving innovation and identify new social media opportunities.

Management of all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest whilst working closely with digital on paid promotions.

Responsible for the management of clear brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual identity and where appropriate looking at regional variations to ensure they remain true to the agreed brand purpose while also appealing to local audiences.

Responsible for all copy, brand wide ensuring a consistent tone of voice whilst optimising product descriptions and generating brand stories to publish online and across all organic and paid channels, including web copy, product descriptions, SEO,, email, display banners and blog posts.
