Content Manager - Based nr Rugby - Salary £33,000-£36,000 per annum dependent on experience + excellent benefits

The Content Manager is a brand new role for the business and will to join the Engagement and Communications department.

They are in year two of our ambitious five year strategy to ensure we actively reach and engage with as many
of their target community as possible, both in the UK and overseas.

The Content Manager will be responsible for driving our new content and channel strategy. You will have considerable responsibility and autonomy, leading a team whilst owning content
creation and delivery throughout the organisation.

You will ensure that all content meets customer need and delivers on quality control standards and brand values, to support service delivery, manage reputation, change behaviour and drive engagement.

You will have experience of developing engaging and thought-provoking content that inspires and motivates
highly skilled, driven and time-pressured professionals. You will understand and have experience in creating
different forms of content and their suitability and effectiveness across different channels, both on- and off-line.

You will be a creative thinker, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop new
ideas. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all
levels. Committed and self-motivated, you will be passionate about innovative new ways to create, serve and
repurpose content, with an in-depth knowledge of how content contributes to organisational success.

Your technical competencies will be second to none, with thorough knowledge and experience of SEO, content
management systems, social media platforms, graphic design, video and audio software, CRM systems and
Google Analytics.
