We are looking for a Digital Content Editor to help us deliver and maintain content on our websites and apps. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of changes, from marketing campaigns and pricing changes to press releases and regulatory updates, plus undertake some administrative duties. You’ll be using a content management system to make changes and you’ll need to understand the key principles of web design. We use JIRA and utilise a Kanban approach to manage tasks within the team.
You’ll build strong links with stakeholders across the business and also work closely with the wider Digital team to provide support on key strategic business projects.
The ideal candidate will be customer focussed, highly organised and have a great eye for detail to ensure deadlines are managed effectively and that quality is never compromised. Experience of a financial services environment would be great, but is not essential.

Our aim is to nurture a skilled, diverse and committed workforce.
