As their Content/Communications Executive, you will assist in the delivery of all content and communication activities for the Home Energy business sector.
This is a very varied role where you will be responsible for delivering internal and external communications, creating content and managing social media accounts. They require a person willing and eager to work across a wide-range of marketing disciplines.
You will be deeply involved in content creation for both online and offline production. Working on projects creating; social media campaigns, customer brochures, help guides, case studies and standardised customer communications. Whilst co-ordinating internal and external events, you will pro-actively maintain website content, blogs, product information, intranet posts and assist with the delivery of PR activities. You will be expected to utilise their social media accounts to promote/grow the brand and work autonomously on various projects.
This role is ideal for a current marketing executive or skilled language/journalism/marketing graduate looking to work in a busy, expanding, marketing team. They require a highly creative, self-motivated individual with a passion for marketing and the ability to work on a wide array of tasks.
The applicant should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role and ideally hold a recognised marketing qualification (or is currently working towards one). They will also have an understanding of social media management suites, CRM platforms and CMS programs (like UMBRACO or WordPress). You must have proven organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to build positive relationships.
Committed to a high standard of performance, you will have a strong customer focus and drive to achieve continuous improvement. You should have a high degree of computer literacy, great writing skills and have excellent communication skills to allow you to deal constructively with internal and external parties.
