Your new role
This is a new and exciting role in a new Shared Service operation and will be key in the design of the overall delivery model.
You will have direct responsibility for a team supporting internal and external customers, working closely with the Director of Shared Services to define and deliver a range of cost efficient and quality services.
Day to day responsibility will be for managing the efficient and effective operation of the customer contact centre to levels of service and cost that are demonstrably best in class in the UK transport sector.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a Shared Services Centre is desirable but not essential, dependent upon similar experience being demonstrated.
Proven experience of managing and motivating cross-functional, multi-disciplinary or strategic teams and the ability to plan and implement change effectively.
Minimum of 2-4 years Management experience in customer services or customer experience environments is essential.
