This is a new and exciting role for someone who has been a successful Manager/Team Leader and understands the mechanics of running a busy customer service centre. This position will be instrumental in the success of Customer Services
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience of managing and motivating cross-functional, multi-disciplinary or strategic teams and the ability to plan and implement change effectively.
Minimum of 2-4 years Management experience in customer services or customer experience environments is essential.
