We are delighted to be working with a returning client who are requiting for a Team Manager for a 9-month FTC contract - with a view to go perm.
This role will be looking after 6-8 agents who work on an inbound and outbound function and are multiskilled across various channels and can handle a variety of enquiries.
We are looking for a dynamic Team Manager who is passionate about developing teams, motivational and strategic thinker. This is a team environment and you will be working closely with the other Team Managers to ensure the floor works in coordination.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 0800 - 1800 - 37.5hrs pw.
To be successful:
- Team Manager experience 1+ year
- Contact Centre experience
